There is also an enclosed paddock  grazing is available at the property for horses (please speak directly with owners). 
Plenty of off-road parking in the courtyard to the front of the house. Picnic tables are provided by the side of the River Honddu which runs along the boundary of the farm, the river is not deep enough for wild swimming but good for paddling in on a hot summer’s day.
There are plenty of walks to be had straight from the property, a pathway which is a few yards from the property leads straight onto the Epynt Commons covering many thousands of acres and perfect for walkers, cyclists, and horse riders. The Epynt Way, a permissive path around the MOD Sennybridge Range, is nearby. For those cycling the hilly terrain makes this interesting and challenging. The owner’s family are keen cyclists and have provided lots of cycle routes in the area for all abilities.
