There are plenty of walks to be had straight from the property, a pathway which is a few yards from the property leads straight onto the Epynt Commons covering many thousands of acres and perfect for walkers, cyclists, and horse riders. The Epynt Way, a permissive path around the MOD Sennybridge Range, is nearby. For those cycling the hilly terrain makes this interesting and challenging. The owner’s family are keen cyclists and have provided lots of cycle routes in the area for all abilities.
The Epynt Way is a permissive route that lies within the Sennybridge Training Area. It has been provided by the MOD for the purpose of enabling the public to travel along all or part of its route on foot, or by riding a horse or a cycle, for open air recreation.
